During 2018, Heath Carpentry Ltd sole Director Gary Heath, formed an additional company along with his wife to undertake the purchase, development and sale of a property.
The property was a neglected 1950s 3-bed chalet bungalow with a large workshop to the rear. During a 9 month period the property was totally transformed with a 2 storey side extension, additional dormer windows, new internal layout, rewire,ing new plumbing and heating system, re-plastered, new bathrooms, kitchen and flooring.
The workshop was transformed into a multi-use space with its own toilet facility offering the opportunity to use for both recreation or business. The outside was fully landscaped.
